First of all, their tech support is based in the US, California I think. They all speak clear English, they're enthusiastic and polite. Also, you can tell they're geeks who know the product, not someone reading through a database of commonly needed answers. Additionally, they offer tech support 24/7 for the life of the product, not 90 days like some of the other manufacturers. Also, they offer pre-sales support as well which helps decipher which products one would need. I never call tech support but I recommend brands to my friends and all of the ones who have called Buffalo only have the best things to say; can't say that about other companies. Keep it in the states, off-shore tech support is WORTHLESS. theh 09-20-2004, 02:15 AM Yes, Good technical support is very hard to find these days wi-fiplanet.com
