Print Server Problem

I have a problem with a Print Server. It installs OK but when i try to print it comes up with the Print to file window. I cannot seem to get rid of this. Has anybody got any ideas or have i done something wrong??? It is connected to a HP OfficeJet Pro 1170C. All computers are running Windows 98?? I tried a couple of the PC's connected to the Network (Through a Hub) but none work???

Anybody got any suggestions???

try you same set up but use a switch.

I Don't see why a switch would make any difference. I don't have one to try, but i am using a hub at the moment and it recognises that the Print Server is there, installs ok but it is only when i go to print that it comes up with that message to print to file.

I think it is a setup problem but i can't seem to work it out.

I Found the problem. The HP Printer i was using can't obviously use a print Server. Cause i hooked it up to an Epson Stylus 440 and it worked straight away!!!

I'll just stick with the Epson!!
