Packet scheduler miniport code 31 error

I've got a new US robotics USR805416 wireless adapter card in my XP pc. I installed the drivers and it worked fine, but when i rebooted i lost all connection. On investigation i found that i was getting hardware driver error on the Wireless Turbo Adapter - Packet Scheduler Miniport, it reads "Cannot load driver for this device Code 31".

I tried reinstalling but again get the network and lose after reboot, i have a built in network card so disabled that, to no effect.

I checked the evenlog and it registers a qos[adapter] error, The packet scheduler could not intialise the virtual miniport with ndis.

Any ideas/suggestions, as i'm really stuck
