Where to find strong WEP Security Individual?

Since the terms of the forum prohibit me from openly soliciting, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on finding a candidate. I am having a difficult time finding an individual to work a minimum 90 days on a project involving 802.11 security in the DFW area (probably go much longer). Here’s what I am looking for:

Strong 802.11 WEP and DWEP experience
Strong LDAP experience
Strong LEAP experience
Strong Cisco ACS experience

That’s a pretty hard position to fill. Any suggestions on where to find someone would be greatly appreciated.
