How to start wi-fi business?

I am looking for the opportunity to start my own business (internet kiosk, wi-fi business and may be something other internet technology business). Please, help me by information. How to start. May be someone is looking for cooperation? I live and work in Moscow (Russia).

how big of a business are you looking at. It would probably be best to start very small unless your very knowledgable with this kind of stuff. Are you looking at getting a dedicated connection specifically for this from a backbone provider, or are you just looking at using your internet service and spreading it out. if you are, you should find out if your isp will allow this, and also if they can provide you with more bandwith if your planning on giving good speed to lots of customers.
other things to look at if your gonna go with wi-fi, is if there is anything that will cause lots of interference wherever you plan on setting up a wisp. also things to figure out are at what frequency you want to go with, and finding out how much interest in the area.

im sure there's so much more to doing this, but i don't have all that much experience in this. look it up on the web, do as much digging and finding about this stuff before you start to put money into a major project that may not work as well as you hope.
