read and write to 802.11b radio cards

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to read and write to the eeprom of a wireless 802.11b
pcmcia card when it is in a pcmcia slot?
I want to know if it is possible to set the freq. channels for diff.
country's as ordered by the IEEE standard through pcmcia or wireless,

That's highly proprietary. Are you looking just for an ETSI card for the Netherlands or for some other jurisdiction?
