I got a cable internet running into a Linkysys Wireless G router
im getting poor signal in my basement and for some reason im under the impression that i can use my old wireless B router to boost the signal.
I have a eithernet cable run down to the basement
now, is this even possible? i tried just hooking the G into the B and it got an ip from the G.
the porblem was that i have a PC in the basment that i need to have wired to B, and when i plug the pc into the B, it gets no internet
anyone know what i gotta do to make thsi work
