I am about to setup a wireless network at a mates workplace. He has applied for adsl but due to the cost here in Australia can only afford to get it at his workplace only.
His business premises is only about 500 metres from his home with clear line of sight to his house roof from his business premises roof. I suggested to him that we could try to setup his wireless network to reach from work to home.
My question is what can I use for this setup? Would a cantenna at both ends do the trick and if not what is suggested?
