FCC or wifi certification for WLAN

Do anybody knows the FCC or WiFi certification and rules of the WLAN devices to limit the effect to other electronical equiment(such as TV, elevator, HiFi,telephones and so on) around.

I also cannot find the offical documents about this.
And do u know any article or study that WLAN(802.11) bring little positive impact to other electric systems(for instance, elevator, TV, GSM mobile phone and home electric apparatus) to remove the worry of client.
