i am trying to set up a dcc server on an irc program and i cant log into my gateway port couse it asks for a user and pass what do i use in these?

What is the brand/model of the gateway?

If it is the default settings SmartBridges uses public and public as the default username and password. Thought I better add that it is all lower case.

all i ever get is something about level_15_access what is this?

If you are using the configuration program, you need to pick whether you are a user or the administrator. I think that is what is happening. I have always logged on to them as administrator in the authority box
