Would be nice except for the fact that it's IPSec.

Layer 3 security + wireless = unpreventable ARP poisoning DoS attack.

Always encrypt at the lowest possible layer, which, in this case, is layer 2. This makes your choices either WEP or one of its derivaties, or the AirFortress.

Of course, if it's for a home WLAN, it might be sufficient, as long as you haven't pissed off the local hax0rs... :)
