My friend runs an ISP and looking for solutions to extend my
connectivity with range of kilometers.
As of now wireless outdoor networking is the best solution
for this instead of investing into fiber optics.
Do we have any product which can be
attached to the access point and
receivers that will act as a signal booster?
I'm looking into SMC's parabolic dish antenna.
It would be helpful if you could provide me
with some details, specs and solutions regarding
this. Websites with solutions will do!
I need help!.

I don't think that the FCC's rules allow companies to sell signal boosters for 802.11 devices, so you probably won't find any on the market.

Be careful selecting antennas for 802.11 devices (e.g., access points). The FCC rules forbid you from using antennas that the specific vendor of your 802.11 device has not certified with the FCC. Also the FCC rules limit the EIRP (antenna gain factors into this) of your system. You can view one of my tutorials (http://www.80211-planet.com/tutorials/article/0,4000,10724_1428941,00.html) on 802.11-Planet to understand the EIRP limitations.
