Are D-link and Linksys Compatible?

If I have a D-link air-plus 54g router revision c, can I use a WMP54G Linksys card to acess the network? I need to use card because the D-link card isn't compatible with Win98.

Yes, the card and the router should work together just fine at 54 Mbps -- the 108 Mbps mode will only work with other D-Link products.
