Bridging with 2 AP´s

Hello,

i want to link 3 Buildings over WLAN. As much as i know i will need an AP in the middle Buidling wich can do wireless bridging. (Like the Orinoco AP 2000) But such AP´s are very expensive, so i thougt about using 2 simple AP´s which are connectet over a switch. Will this work?

It's possible, but more info is needed on specific location of buildings, clear line of sight, RF interference in the area, etc, etc. I'm afraid you'd need a top notch site survey to really flesh out the answer to this one, which would defeat the low cost path you're attempting.

You may want to see if you can borrow some access points to give your specific situation a try. Good luck!
