Wi-Fi is the most hotspot in electronic industry in recently year.I am focus this technology at 2002.
I must agree chinese high-tech is behind the world.When Wi-Fi have applied to social on other country,I even cant find any book talk about this technology in China,only some news about it.
I learn Wi-Fi from Internet, Jim Geier teach me many of things.I even have gotten a prize because I won a discuss about Wi-Fi that the best chinese electronic publication hold it.
But I cant find such a job.Its due to such two facts:
one is there are few company have wi-fi operation,Most of those company only sell wireless NIC and wireless AP,they dont need a research engineer.next is I havent a certificate,none trust me although I can tell them how its work of 802.11b/a.
D_Link show the first wireless camera on the world at Aug.2002,I am also design a wireless camera at Jan.2003 by myself.Its a theory desigon becasue I dont have enough money to buy component and DSP emluator.I have proved my idea is right after reading D_Link,TRENDnet and VEO's produce introduce.The selling price of wireless camera is $299(I forget it is which company produce),and I calculate my design's selling price is $290,Its very accurate.
There are not any university or train have Wi-Fi class in china,Its impossiblity to obtain a certificate of Wi-Fi.
I have gotten visa and I can immigrant to Canada as a electronic engineer,but I know its very hard find job in Canada now.
Is there any job for Wi-Fi engineer in Canada??Can anyone give me some advice?Whether I need study in a location universiy first or something like that?
