I have a DirecWay internet system. I am also planning on setting up a free wireless hot spot in my business.
Got my Linksys Wireless Access Point Router.
According to the documents I need to plug my DirecWay modem into the Access Point Router.
The problem: The Linksys Wireless Access Point Router accepts only an Ethernet cable but the Direcway only USB (the small roundish one, not the flat).
How could I go about hooking up the two?
I know very little but am trying to learn.

Is your Directway Ethernet, if so you can purchase a USB to Ethernet converter and a Cat5e Cross-Over Ethernet cable and that should connect them.

Hope This helps.

I know very little too but I am trying to help.

Making a computer as server, connect your USB Modem to it,then the server 's Network Adaptor connect to the D_Link AP's UpLink port.

I dont practise it, cuz i dont have a such network nearby me.
Hoping can help you.
