Cell & VoWLAN together?

Does anyone have any URLs or info about VoWLAN supported cell phones?

Apparently Motorola, Proxim and Avaya recently announced a partnership to develop dual-mode Wi-Fi/3G mobile phones and the network infrastructure needed to support them.

I heard Verizon is advertizing them but for when, Q2 2004?

How do they change networks & keep different profiles? Is it for voice cell and data WLAN or also VoIP?

Are any dates, prices, or features mentioned?
