IGMP multicast group with 802.11

hi,

I'm looking for defining groups inside a same
infrastructure Basic Service Set (one Access Point and several stations)

Is it possible to define group of stations and to multicast data to these stations ?
I mean that only few station below to the group and not all the stations (I don't want to do broadcast)

Is it possible to do that without sending unicast data to each station ?

I read some paper about IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) but I think it s not applicable for my problem. All i read about multicast and 802.11 is more like broadcast on several access point.

Can you help me ?

Have a look at the Intermec Access Points (http://www.intermec.com) they have some multi-cast functionality.
