Wirelessly connecting one wireless router to another wireless router

I have 2 wireless routers. I was wondering if I can use one of them as a wireless router connecting to my internet connection and using the other as a wireless access point (WAP) or a wireless bridge - making the later to communication to the first one wirelessly (not using wired connection between them). If somebody can put some light on how to configure them as above would be appreciable. (See image for more explanation)

Most routers cannot be used in this application. You need to buy an AP or bridge.
