Packet losses

We are currently running a wireless backbone between a few hot spots and one of our clients are having packet loss problems when pinging his spesific hot spot.There seems to be no latency from the peering points side , can it be a load balancing issue?

I would really like some help very soon as the client is getting quite edgy.
