I saw that the Boingo site doesn't have any Mac software.
I am wondering if anyone has used Boingo with a Mac with Airport card (I have an iBook G3-600Mhz). Can you simply detect the network and log in, start an account, etc.?
Is there any reason a Mac user with AirPort Card can't be a Boingo customer?

Thanks in advance for any answer someone might have.

Boingo's client application is purely just a "sniffer" that helps you locate Boing access points. It should not have anything to do with the access and use of their service. The airport software on your Powerbook should be sufficient in detecting wireless access and connecting to it. You can then sign in and use their service via an internet browser.
