I'm not sure if I agree. I think that voice only over wireless LANs will become a killer app first.

Not unless they make some sort of quantum change in how cell phones are used or their dimensions.
To be able to see the screen and the other video conference people, the phone has to literally be in my face. But then the camera on the phone cannot fit me into the picture. Think about that for a second. There isn't any easy way to fix this problem without a quantum change in phone hardware.
