hust wondering , whether CWNA is very popular in US.
are employers looking for such certs in wireless industry also, i would appreciate any feedback on this.

Yes, CWNA is very important, as it is the only independent wireless network certification program available to date. I would highly recommend completing the course. This will give you a valuable edge when applying for an IT related job.

I hired a CWNA. He was also a CCNA and MCSE. I'm redoing the second of the two medium-sized installs I let him do now.

My feeling was that he could talk the talk, but not walk the walk.
