I have recently finished my doctorate dissertation around WLANs and am wondering where is the best place to have this available to the public for reference.

Some have suggested approaching a conference - where, how, when?

Is there a place that all this hard work can be available to professionals who want to look?

Is there a place that offer enough exposure for the dissertatoin that maybe I can get a job out of all of this effort?

Alot of questions, and many times I have had great answers - I hope that I get a few more good answers.

Thanks everyone.

What disertations you have been experiencing? I am NOT an expert but some non-experts will probably know where the best place for your purposes if they know what you have done successfully or unsuccessfully. Perhaps you would like to start with this FORUM here with your discoveries.

You should definately consider presenting papers related to your dissertation to one of the many 802.11planet conferences. This will definately provide the exposure that you're looking for.

What elements of wireless LANs does your dissertation focus on?
