decrypting 802.1x Traffic

Hi,
I have a private Key of radius server,
I want to decrypt 802.11i traffic.

First i want to decrypt the EAP-TLS traffic which carries PEAP
client and server random numbers so that i can derive PMK

My problem is what is the security key for decrypting TLS tunnel,
Just use private key and decrypt the TLS trafic,
